People there are very warm and helpful. Loved the service, they answered all my questions and gave me good explanations. These people seem very honest and really want to help you out.

Despite having my car delayed twice, once because of parts and another due to labor issues. I'm still going to give this place 5 stars, because honestly they deserve it. They were honest and straight forward and never gave me the runaround. I was treated so nicely the entire time, and it shows they care. My car came out looking amazing and they even fixed a corner of my bumper that kept snapping off that wasnt even part of the area being worked on. I was updated on their progress at all times without me having to call. Thank you for everything!

Can't recommend the team highly enough. There is no one else I trust like these guys. I drive 15 miles past dozens of other shops to go here. However, I would like to lodge a complaint that they keep fixing my Volvo so damn affordably that I cant justify getting a new car. C'mon guys help a brother out!!

Earlier this month, I experienced a vehicle malfunction, wherein there was an electrical short connected to the fuel pump. I was referred to Sandy at North County Auto Service, who having inspected my vehicle, indicated that I was fortunate that such did not burn up entirely. Apparently the short had been causing sparks in the area directly above the fuel tank, which could have ignited any escaping vapors. However, Sandy, Mark, Rex and the mechanics immediately identified the problem, fought to find the replacement parts needed, and I retrieved a completely safe vehicle to once again operate. I, along with my buddy Jordan, and our 2 dogs [Bailey & Bosley] are truly grateful for all of their work. I would gladly recommend their shop to anyone/everyone that I know. Thanks again guys!
