We had taken our 2012 Mini Cooper into Mike & his team where they completed over $6000 worth of work and have her running great! They explained every step of the repair process to us and made us feel totally comfortable with everything they were doing. Recently we needed an oil change and only becomes we had a deal for fee oil changes did we take her to the mini dealership for the oil change. The dealership made a video and gave of a list of Tina of work that they said really needed to be done right now! We were skeptical because we knew Mike & his team had done a ton of work so we scheduled a time to have them look over the mini and compare what they saw to what the video said. We were so grateful to hear that 95% of what the dealer had said were issues are not and the one thing that is is an easy fix. We are always impressed with this teams honesty, professionalism and quality of work. We choose to use them to service all of our vehicles because of the quality of work and the great communication.

George is by far hands down the best mechanic Ive dealt with In my life. He goes above and beyond expectations. He truly deserves recognition. The whole staff is great no doubt.

I contacted North County Auto Service to have my tires rotated, oil changed, and a complete brake job performed on my truck. I got someone on the phone quickly, I was scheduled for my services on a date and time that worked for me, and I was pleased with the great communication. Their office is very clean and organized and still has the feel of a cool, old-school garage. The turn around time on my truck was great, the price was certainly fair, and the service manager Rex even helped me address the safety and mechanical concerns I had and saved me a few dollars in the process. You've got to love a small business that's not trying to take every dollar from you that they possibly can. This is my new shop.

The guys never steer me wrong, they tell you what you need to know; I like that. Glad I found North County Auto Service!!
