My experience at North County Auto Service continues to be outstanding. When my check engine light came on the other day, I panicked out of habit, worried about where to take it, the cost, and whether someone might try to upsell unnecessary repairs. However, I quickly remembered that I did not have to stress because I could simply call North County Auto Service, and as always, they took care of me. Rex was able to fit me in the very next morning despite their busy schedule. Although I had to wait an extra day for the necessary parts to arrive, he was communicative, informative, and compassionate throughout the entire process. This is my third time bringing my car here, and each time, I am grateful to no longer worry about the competency or integrity of the staff. The only improvement I would love to see is the addition of a shuttle service. Having to pay for an Uber to and from the shop is an extra financial burden, especially when I have to make an extra Uber trip when a part is not readily available. Overall, I am incredibly impressed with the mechanics and the entire team. Thank you, North County Auto Service. I truly appreciate you!

My wife, Toni, and I both needed oil changes on our vehicles. Personally, I dont want to take my vehicles to quick stop oil shops. I tried for a couple of weeks to get an appointment, yet none of the auto repair shops seemed interested. North County Auto Service took both vehicles on a Friday! Performed two oil changes and inspected both vehicles thoroughly. My Toyota ended up needing rear brakes and a line flush. THESE GUYS ARE GREAT! AWESOME PRICES AND SUPERB SERVICE! Highly Recommended!!
