I couldn’t be happier with the professionalism and the service provided by Rex and North County Auto Service. I had to get my brakes and rotors replaced, according to a certain dealership, and was going to cost about $520 if I went through said dealership. I decided to take another route and called up Rex at North County Auto Service after an extensive search on Yelp. For the service required by the dealership, North county auto services only quoted me for only $400. Great, I thought and scheduled an appointment to resolve the issue. Once I brought my truck in, Rex decided to inspect my entire brake system just to make sure I wasn’t paying for anything I didn’t need, which actually helped in the long run because it turns out that my brakes and rotors were basically brand new and that my rear brake shoes were cracked. I’m glad Rex took the time and looked over every aspect to ensure I was getting the service required. I couldn’t be anymore happier with every aspect of North County Auto Service, to include; the availability of appointments, the time it took to inspect and repair, the professionalism from everyone from start to finish, and most importanatly the cost of the services provided.
