My car stalled last week in Oceanside and I live in SD, so I did a search for auto shops in the area and found this shop. It was 5:30pm and Mike was closed, but willing to wait for me to get my car to him...very nice and honest person! They were able to diagnose and reset the electronics on my car and Mike was very knowledgeable in explaining what this issue was. This shop is very professional, clean and detail oriented in getting to the issue. I highly recommend them!

Nice and friendly and they do not try to jerk you around. I work on all of my cars but had to take mine in for a wheel bearing change (needed a press to do so). Fast and honest service.

We are so blessed to have Mike and his crew work on all of our vehicles. We were recommended to him by a neighbor many years ago and have never regretted it for a minute. Mike and his crew always go above and beyond to get the job done. My car has 226,216 miles and it's still running strong with many more miles left on it. I have never been more pleased with auto service. This is the best mechanic shop I've been to. I travel 30 miles from San Diego to get my car serviced here. Id recommend to any friend family member or stranger. If you seek honest, quality auto care with personable customer service, come here. They quote fairly and go above and beyond expectations. I found this Auto Service on Yelp. It was my first time at this service shop. My vehicle needed 100K service and inspection. Service Manager Rex went over my requested service with me and let me know what to expect in terms of price and time. My vehicle was inspected and I was told right away of the service needed. I authorized the suggested services. In short time, my vehicle was ready to go home. They completed the service with a csr wash and vacuuming of the interior. Over all, it was great service.

These guys at North Country are excellent - Rex and Mike are honest and trustworthy ...instead of always suggesting the most expensive alternative, they figured out how to rebuild my turbo instead of buying a new one...if you have car problems then go to the guys !!!

Did a good job on my car for a good price i recommended it to everyone mike is the man.Even got a car wash for free.

Very reliable, a little pricey, but really great guys.
