Kudos to Rex and Mike. I took my Jeep in for its 5,000 mile check-up and noted some trouble with the manual transmission. Rex went out of his way to try and recreate the problem and long story short he found the transmission was about to experience a major event. Thus we were able to fix the problem before I wound up with a bricked car on the freeway at rush hour. While the fix was what you might call spendy, it was a lot less spendy than had I taken my car to the dealer. My guess is that I saved about $2,500 by taking my car to North County Auto Service.

They are detailed and trustworthy, their prices are competitive, and they do what they say they will do for the amount they say they will do it.
