Second time I have used North County Auto Service. Each time I have had EXCEPTIONAL service. I am a DIY mechanic. I usually don't trust anybody working on my car. Each time I have used this shop, it has been smog related with an older car and I have just been to busy to work on the car myself. Each time I was blown away by the honest, affordable and quick work being done on my car. In addition, the superior customer service I had received was going way above and beyond expectations. I even received a follow up phone text from Mike just confirming everything was ok and I was happy with the service. Do not think for a second of taking your car to anyone else. It is so refreshing and reassuring to see this kind of service exists in this day. Thank you Mike and thank your crew for all the hard work that you all do.

Honest great service

N. County auto service provided first a verbal quote and when I dropped off my vehicle they had a written quote. My car was ready when they said it would. The price was exactly what was quoted. I spoke with Mike who was polite and professional.

North County Auto Service has cared for my 2007 truck since new. They're reliable, trustworthy, and cost effective. They do what's needed and not more and the truck still runs great. I've used quite a few different shops for my cars and NCAS is one of the very few that I'd recommend and take the time to write a review for.

In the past, going to the mechanics was low on my joy list, right next to tooth extraction. The folks at North County Auto has changed that. You get great service with an old town Oceanside feel. Nice & friendly gentlemen, Rex, Mike and Papa-san, a good family well run business. Thanks guys, you're the best.
