I was in a pinch and didn’t want to be that guy. First time customer. But needed a brake job the day I was supposed to leave for a roadtrip with my family. They were extremely accommodating yet realistically managed my expectations. Yet genuinely did what they could. And it was amazing, fantastic customer service, timing, and reasonable price 🏅

Just entered the truck world. Bought a used truck that has needed some work to get running smoothly again. I've always taken my cars to the dealership for service but after a couple rough goes with Ford I asked a bunch of friends if they knew of any private shops. A buddy of mine referred me to these guys. They have been amazing! Really good communication, quality work, nice guys that listen and are easy to get a hold of to ask questions too. These people are skilled and honest. Our 2016 Prius was having a problem with a water pump. The dealer was quoting us an intimidating amount of money, and said we needed the brakes done. North County Auto Service found a discrepancy both in the price of the repair but also in the measurement of my brakes. They saved us more than half the dealer's quote. Thank you!

Our other vehicle that we leave here for vacation purposes also required service. We were referred to North County and are quite pleased now that both vehicles are back in shape.
