Gave me reasons why issues happened and where I am okay to approved work with cost of each procedure. The time line was clarified and approved. I really appreciate the team and the excellent work. I was having an issue with my horse trailer lights - I know electrical problems can be hard to figure out and was dreading the process of diagnosing what was wrong. I took my truck and trailer into North County Auto on a Monday morning and by Tues the issue was diagnosed and fixed! Mike and Rex were a pleasure to deal with and were great at keeping me up-to-date on the status of my repairs. This was my second trip to No. County Auto and there will be more in the future!
