I've found my new auto service shop and will absolutely be back! The whole team was extremely professional, kind, and provided expertise. They were able to get my car in in a timely manner and completed all of the needed services with multiple updates throughout the day so I knew when it was ready for pick up. Successful brake replacement, new spark plug installation, transmission, cabin filter, oil change, and a few other needed things. I truly appreciate everything. I never once felt haggled or rushed to make a decision and felt good vibes the whole time. Shoutout to Rex and the whole team!

The power window in the right front door of my vehicle stopped functioning. I read several of the NCAS reviews online and felt confidence in choosing them to solve the problem. They provided me a reasonable estimate. I made an appointment, communicating with staff was easy. They let me know how the job was progressing as they proceeded with the repair and completed the repair within the predicted amount of time. The shop was neat & clean. The owner, Mike, spent time searching OEM parts prices in case those might be needed, e.g., switches, regulators and motors. The price I paid for this window repair was fair & reasonable and less than the dealership quoted for the same repair. I have no hesitation returning to NCAS in the future. I recommend them highly!
