NCAS is the only place I will go for any auto work. They are the very best I've ever worked with. They do everything they can to fix it right the first time while keeping the cost as low as possible.

I had my vehicle inspected and repaired by North County Auto a couple weeks ago, and I have encountered no issues with the repair work since. During my short time with them, they proved to be nothing but professional and genuinely concerned about the customer's satisfaction, a traditional method overshadowed by mass "shotgun" tactics of larger companies nowadays. As a result, they seem to have developed a solid clientele and have ultimately included myself into the group. I personally dealt with an associate named Alex, who was above all honest with the costs, saving me money where possible, by minimizing labor and explaining in black-and-white terms the break down of where that money would be applied. Furthermore, I sacrificed no convenience as I was offered transportation to a rental agency where I received a vehicle for a day at a discounted price. In all, what I had thought would have been a long, disparaging experience, came to be a painless, professional, and genuine service .

These guys are legit, accommodating, professional and most importantly... Honest with you. I am very happy with this place and the knowledge of the staff. Took my BMW in for the inspection service and was not pushed any other services. Price and quality of work is excellent. As things tend to go, My Cadillac started overheating and broke down the day before Christmas (yes, Merry Christmas Eve to me!) Every place I called was either closed, or a about to be closed, so I was relieved when Alex answered and said they were open, and could fit me in for a diagnostic right then and there.The shop was easy to find, and Alex was very friendly. The diagnosis wasn't good, (blown head gasket) but Alex and his manager Mike worked out a good solution for me that didn't require me to break the bank. Overall, I am happy that these guys were understanding and helped me to make the best out of a bad situation.

I love taking my jeep here! The staff mike and Tammy are so friendly. I brought my car in for a problem I couldn't fix myself. As soon as they were able to diagnose my problem (waiting for a tool from snap on) they dove right into my car. About an hour later mike gave me a call with a quote in hand I gave him the go ahead and they repaired everything in a timely manner! When everything was done I asked mike to diagnose my airbag light he told me exactly what was wrong and how to fix it. I asked him how much for the diagnosis and he said no charge! Tammy also took my jeep to get it washed and vacuumed with no charge! I love coming here their customer service is unmatched with no extra charges! Thank you for everything mike and Tammy I will be back. Never going to go anywhere else as Long as I'm in the area! 5/5

Using Yelp, I found NCAS. Being near the Sprinter allowed me to get to and from my house. From the 1st visit, Mike and Tammy have been very nice and truly professional. I've recommended them and continue to bring my car to them for service. The electrical issue I had was a nightmare, but they were able to find the problem and fix it. Try to give them extra time, if possible...they're worth the wait.

These guys are amazing and I can't thank them enough. Not only did they very thoroughly diagnose my car in a prompt and professional manner, but they charged an extremely fair and reasonable price for parts and labor. In addition, they helped me understand the issues and fixes, treating me like a rational adult instead of the ignorant dupe some shops try to take me for. Although I am hoping my car won't need more work for a while, if it does need any work, I won't hesitate to bring it here, and I recommend any Jetta diesel drivers to do the same.

My wife and I were traveling from Pasadena to San Diego when we experienced an unusual sound coming from our car. Went to Yelp and found North County Auto Repair with 5 star rating, boy did we get lucky! Mike and Sandy, the owners, were extremely friendly and helpful. Sandy test drove the car, determined what the problem was, put it up on the rack and personally fixed issue in no time. We were fortunate that problem was minor in nature, but can't say enough for these two who were so gracious and accommodating to us. They made what could have been a very negative experience positive and having us feel fortunate that we brought our car to them. Thanks Mike and Sandy, and if we lived closer to your shop we would bring our car to you for all of its needs. I can't imagine any better service.
