As things tend to go, My Cadillac started overheating and broke down the day before Christmas (yes, Merry Christmas Eve to me!) Every place I called was either closed, or a about to be closed, so I was relieved when Alex answered and said they were open, and could fit me in for a diagnostic right then and there.The shop was easy to find, and Alex was very friendly. The diagnosis wasn't good, (blown head gasket) but Alex and his manager Mike worked out a good solution for me that didn't require me to break the bank. Overall, I am happy that these guys were understanding and helped me to make the best out of a bad situation.
