As a whole- this is one of the very few shops, I have trusted to take care of my vehicles (and subsequently my families well being). I travel a lot and move a lot so a good shop is important to me as an individual. I grew up working in a shop (Which is one of only two other shops I truly trust across the 5 states I have lived in). They are undoubtedly honest, fair and appreciative of their clients. It can be seen in the little things they do beyond the sound recommendations made. My first experience was with Mike. He treated me like family immediately. He stayed late to talk to me about my concerns with my vehicle before I brought my truck to him for some work and then I was received with brotherly kindness by Rex when I dropped my truck off the next day. When I picked up my truck, I thought I stepped in a new truck. It ran better and was treated better than I take care of it. I recommend them to everyone since then and have been a regular customer for even my smallest concerns.
