I chose North County Auto Service because of the great reviews on Yelp. I was looking for honest and reliable and that's what I got. From the minute I stepped in their office, the professionalism was apparent and Mike (one of the owners) was quick to put my fears to rest by letting me know that my AC might be an easy fix. They called me later in the day to let me know that my AC was fixed and it was just a matter of flushing it out, which was all part of their diagnostic service anyway. That was great news! I thanked them and was on my way, until I got in my car and the 1st and 2nd blower settings weren't blowing air. I went back in and Mike spoke to the tech, to see what had happened, then he immediately got on the phone to get the part sent over to fix it. He charged me for the part, but no tech time and they did immediately. This will be my go to spot for auto repairs now. Thanks Mike and Rex!

If I could give 6 stars I would! Rex was right on my air conditioner/ heater problem at 8:00 am, when I brought my car in with no heater or air conditioning. He didn't go through unnecessary things, tests, that would of cost me more money, knew what my problem probably was, and fixed it in a few hours! REX ordered the part and everything- car out by 2:00 that day! REX called me every step of the way letting me know what was up... after having to pull my dash board apart, he removed and replaced the whole blower motor, solving both my air conditioning and heater problem, which work better than ever! It's refreshing to have an honest, competent, knowledgeable mechanic, who is really a nice guy! I was out the door paying $359... with a strong, freezing air conditioner on a hot summer day! It would of cost much more, taken longer, and "who knows what"... somewhere else! I am so relieved to find a great mechanic!

Rex fixed my dead air conditioning and heater, in a few hours, even ordering and replacing my blower motor! I only paid $359 for everything! What an honest, knowledgeable mechanic and nice guy! I'm so happy to have found North County Auto Service... and relieved to have a strong, freezing A/C on these hot summer days!!!

I had my brakes done here a few weeks ago. I was completely blown away with the service I received. I chose North County Auto Service because the reviews were great. I was worried that who ever I took my car to would treat me differently because I’m a woman. They were great. They realize that there was a problem with my steering wheel. Instead of just telling me to get it looked at or offering to fix it for $400, they looked into the problem, called my dealership and found out it was still covered under my warranty. They even printed out all the info for me to take to the dealership to get it fixed. The part and laybor would have costed me $400. That kind of service and trust is a rare find these days. They were all so friendly and professional too. I have found my mechanics for life and will sing their praise to everyone I can.
