I have brought my 2004 Honda Odyssey to North County Auto for 3 different repairs or services and I have nothing but positive things to say. Timely, trustworthy and honest. My first repair was for the A/C- completely stopped working. Mike and his team correctly identified the issue and my A/C has worked like new for years now. 2nd was my 100k service and timing belt replacement- everything was run by me upfront, no surprises and no unnecessary repairs. 3rd repair I brought the van in because it was just not sounding right when I started it. Really appreciated that my car was driven beforehand to listen for issues and driven afterwards to be sure that repairs ( engine bolts) fixed the issue. Highly recommend North County Auto Service.

I have been to the body shop twice. Both times for accidents. The first one the side was munched in. They car looked wonderful when it was returned to me.The second one, I was rear ended and I was a little stressed out. Their estimate was way higher then the insurances. They took care of everything. They contacted the insurance company for me and all the details. The car was totaled. I would definitely go here again if needed. I would like to try the other services they have, I am sure it is great too!

Great service here. Trusted mechanics. Chase is a great guy always willing to help. He's a great friend too. Couldn't pass smog. My Scion XB using scan tool was reading everything good but the CAT. Mike and Chase recommended a CAT replacement. They changed it and recommended drive time. Rescanned and now it reads good. Finally passed smog! Fascinating !!! Will return to do belts and hoses and do my aftermarket Greddy exhaust. Thanks everyone for the friendly service!!!

Had a problem with my car, took it to North County Auto Services and I talked to Mike extremely friendly and sincere worked on my car and called me a few days later to check on it who does that thanks Mike.

Customer satisfaction is obviously their #1 priority. Came to pick up my car to see that it was not only fixed, but washed, vacuumed, and tires polished with no added cost to my bill. Very happy with the service they provided.

I can honestly say I found my repair shop!! Mike and his team do a great job. They keep costs down, and best of all they are honest. If you need a repair on your vehicle I highly recommend coming in. They will treat you right!!!

We have had 3 experiences with North County Auto and they have all been 5-star experiences. They are honest, timely and super kind and considerate. The first time we went in for an "intermittent" starting problem. They kept the vehicle for a week trying to duplicate the problem but with no luck. We decided to hope for the best and picked up the car...no charge. I wanted to pay a diagnostic fee, but they insisted. Of course, with that as our first experience, the next problem made North County Auto our first choice. Although short-handed, they replaced our fuel pump sooner than they estimated. Great service and they had the car cleaned at the car wash1 Today, my third visit, was equally great. They replaced the parts for our power window while I waited and read a book I had brought. We are so happy we have found a mechanic that we feel good about. I hope I will not see them again for awhile, but when the next problem arises, I know where to turn. Thank you Mike and Rex!
