I took my Honda Accord in to North county Auto Service based upon others reviews. When I first called, I talked with Mike about my reason for bringing it in, which was 120K maintenance schedule and to replace the windshield wipers. I wanted to get the car serviced so that I could take it on the road next month. I brought it in early in the morning, they kept in touch with me about what they found that they suggested I take care of, which I did based upon what had been done in the past for maintenance. The car was ready when they said it would be and the service from both Mike and Rex was outstanding. I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of and when they told me what they suggested I get taken care of, I googled those suggestions and the pricing was in the ballpark as their pricing.
