Liked the quick response to the problem and the quick turnaround

I took my Honda Accord in to North county Auto Service based upon others reviews. When I first called, I talked with Mike about my reason for bringing it in, which was 120K maintenance schedule and to replace the windshield wipers. I wanted to get the car serviced so that I could take it on the road next month. I brought it in early in the morning, they kept in touch with me about what they found that they suggested I take care of, which I did based upon what had been done in the past for maintenance. The car was ready when they said it would be and the service from both Mike and Rex was outstanding. I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of and when they told me what they suggested I get taken care of, I googled those suggestions and the pricing was in the ballpark as their pricing. My car had some deferred maintenance that needed to be done, so my oil change turned into much more. No one I know likes to spend money on auto repairs, but it's all good as I know cars don't "repair" themselves. An incorrect part was delivered from LA late in the afternoon so my car needed to stay in the shop overnight, but they got me out as early as they could the next AM. Everyone was respectful and the work was done to my satisfaction. I will be going back when necessary. Thank you No. Co. Auto Service!
